Will MyMilez share my data with other sources?
In the Date Picker (bottom left of your screen) choose the day, week, or month you want a report generated for, and click the "show history" button. Add any notes, and delete and trips you do not wish to include in your report. When you are ready to export, use the blue pen button, and then click the green arrow icon. You will be given choices of which apps you wish to export to, and you will choose Gmail or your email app. The export will be a CSV file, which you can email to yourself or anyone else.
How do I share my CSV spreadsheet report to my email?
Typically, your accountant will do this for you when you send them your spreadsheet. However, if they want you to add the calculation, here are some steps to take: Add a new column to your spreadsheet. Next, add a formula that will calculate your mileage value based on your chosen or assigned reimbursement rate (for example, the current US federal rate is $0.70 per mile).
